Introduction to the Bootcamp

Thinking Strategically Bootcamp is a comprehensive 6-session course designed to equip professionals with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in strategic roles. Over the course, participants will delve into the fundamentals of Thinking Strategically, consumer and market analysis, financial basics, brand architecture, and effective strategy execution. 

Each session is crafted to provide practical insights and actionable takeaways, ensuring participants can immediately apply what they’ve learned to their professional environments.

Bootcamp Curriculum

  • Thinking Strategically Fundamentals:
    Overall understanding of strategic planning in communication. Understand the core principles and benefits of strategic thinking in business contexts.
  • Brand Equity- Its significance and Impact:
    What is a Brand? Brand Identity (Tools – Kapferer / Brand Key) Brand Architecture, Tools & methods for structuring brand portfolios.

     

  • Mastering the Creative Brief:
    Key to Effective Campaigns, Essential elements that make up a creative brief. How to decode a brief – Identify the primary goals and objectives of the brief. What is the desired outcome?
  • Defining the Business Problem:
    Understanding different communication objectives. How to align communication strategies with business goals. Strategies to highlight benefits effectively. Key questions to uncover the core business problem. Understanding the objectives and Challenges

     

  • Discovering Consumer Insight:
    Understanding consumer behavior and preferences. Mapping out consumer journeys and Identifying key touchpoints and moments of influence.
    What is an Insight? How to Excavate One? Definition and importance of consumer insights

     

  • Crafting a Compelling Proposition:
    Different models and frameworks for developing a proposition. Importance of clear and concise positioning. Choosing a Benefit Statement. How to communicate the chosen benefit effectively.

Brand Personality & Tone of Voice

  • Brand Purpose:
    How brand purpose influences brand perception. Role of brand purpose in building brand loyalty. Steps to define and articulate a brand purpose. Tools and techniques for discovering a brand’s purpose.

     

  • Idea Presentation – To the Jury:
    Best practices for presenting to a panel. Structuring your presentation for maximum impact & how to tell a compelling story about your strategy.

Enter your information and register for your M.AD School of Ideas account.
Step 2

Follow the process laid out in the application portal

Show us who you are as a creative thinker. Share examples of things you’ve created.. Or do one of our fun creative exercises. Finally, schedule an introductory meeting with your Admissions Advisor.
Step 3

Review and Submit

Make sure all your information is correct, and that you’ve paid your application fee. We’ll get back to you soon!

Important Program Information

Tuition
 

Tuition of 2lakhs + GST is due
quarterly. It takes eight
quarters which is 2 years to
complete the art direction
program. Total tuition cost for
the program is 16 lakhs + GST.

Financial Aid & Scholarships

We work tirelessly to make Miami Ad School affordable to students of all backgrounds. For our students, our tie up with NBFC provider can help cover some or all of tuition cost. We alsooffer a variety of scholarships.
